Choose a relaxation programme for either before or at the end of a long day of seminars, to start your day of meetings in the best possible way. For those who want to re-energise, we offer dream journey, accompanied meditation, stretch and relax, and yoga.

Introductory tennis course in the Golf and Country Club Fleesensee
The choice is yours: Eight indoor courts (six of which are carpeted) and nine outdoor courts offer the desired surface for every tennis player. Learn the basics at the Tennis Academy or with the help of visual course aides, we can work on your technique and offer tips for match play to more advanced players.

Raft building
The group builds a raft together from pieces of wood, ropes and barrels; just like Robinson Crusoe! The raft is then tested on water. This activity is all about teamwork and the realisation of an unfamiliar goal . Instruction/supervision, as well as life jackets are also provided. Being able to swim is the only prerequisite. Upon request, the programme can be expanded to include a catering option.
